Weird... I get:

maybe it has something to do with attachments, as I had attachments in that window.

[edit]it's not the attachments...
It's using the wysiwyg editor and the smooth blue style, if that makes a difference.
[edit2]It's not the wysiwig editor either, it happens in opera (normal editor) as well.
