I've added a new article system, along with finishing the style. Also, I've finished the forum categories and forums.

Overall I like the colors and the "simplistic" of the style.

However, I think the FEATURED ARTICLE content seems out-of-place. A better solution would be to display ONLY text (no parsed bbcode).
