uCash Referal System modifcation request

Just a simple idea to prevent folks from abusing the referal's system.

If they refer someone, they get X amount of points (you set it in the AdminCP). I have mine set for 1000, since I really want new registered users. But right when they refer someone, they get the points. Is there a way to wait for the person they refered to get say X amount of posts before the referal points go to the referer?

Or at least a confirmation system.. saying "Okay" before the points go through.. yesh? Please? :/
