Ranks not showing and reputation not updating?

Ranks aren't showing for the three members I've specified as Usergroup leaders.

I don't want them to have special ranks, just normal ladder ranks like everyone else. Possible?

Also, isn't reputation supposed to grow? Like a bar? Or is it just a little green square? I have 38 points of reputation, but on postbits its only showing 10. And while you mouse over the square and the alt tells you the right "phrase" for posts, it still seems like that should be increasing.

Okay, I guess it helps if you understand the reputation system.
Okay, reputation works fine, I was just being a newb. xD

But the rank thing, still a problem. Anyone know where to fix this in the CP? Or a code?
