If we could see your website we could tell you but you got it so guests cannot view.

Anyway have you got images uploaded in the right place? Otherwise right click on the red x where the picture should be and see what the url is saying for the image, and make sure it is looking in the correct place

Check the "Allow Post Icons" setting for the forum(s):

Only other thing in play that I can think of is "Post Icon Permissions":

Perhaps you could attach the HTML of the page that should contain the post icons. In IE, use menu choice View/Source, then save the file and upload it here as an attachment.

That would at least show us whether the page contains any HTML for it. If it does not, then showthread and friends are deciding you should not see post icons (i.e., some option is set wrong).

Indeed, there is no code there for posticons.

Recheck the list of things that could prevent the PHP side from constructing the posticon selection area:

1) For the forum, via AdminCP, "Allow Icons for posts" has to be on for the forum.
2) Via AdminCP, there should be some post icons defined.
3) The icon files must exist in the file system where the AdminCP says they exist.
4) Icon usergroup permissions must allow access to the icons.

That's all I can think of. Sorry.
