you don't need to put everything in bold to be read my friend, it's like crying out loud...

for your hacking situation, you would need to have support for the main site, at http://vbulletin.com, to report the hacks, so someone from the team can help you verify the security of your own installation.

for the possible hacks, we would be pleased to help if you can indicate what kind of hackers you're facing... because it's really vague on your message...

Things you can do to increase security on your board are:

htaccess the admin and mod CP's
turn on image verification at registration
change your password as well as the passwords of all the other administrators/moderaters and anyone else that has access to the admin cp
ask your host to change your ftp and cpanel username/password
turn on the strikes system

I'm sure there's more, these are just off the top of my head...

if the hacker goes to the CPanel, why are you asking this here ?! it's a support board for hacks released by vBulletin coders.. ;)

Do you have many admins apart from yourself on the site? This is one major risk otherwise make your password something stupid, like alot of numbers etc, but write it on some piece of paper in your room etc. You'd be surprised how easy it is to guess someones password if you know them well enough.

If they are getting into cPanel, and not the admin/modcp change your password to a very long and secure type, ask your host to changes the cpanel login to secure only.
