Guest have Cursor Scroller..

How would I make it that so that guests on the site have this on their cursor?

I would like to setup it up so that when a guest arrives on my site, it scrolls and says You are a guest, Please register to be able to use all of the Sites fuctions or something.

Any Ideas?

My suggestion would be mnot to add smth. like that, as it is really, really annoying.

If there is one thing you can do to chase away new members its do this, yes you will get more members, but nearly none of them will post, most people will leave when they see that.
