10 Last Thread in the forum

Hello every one

I have Design My Own Portal it's from Html but the file is .php so i wonder how can i put the 10 last thread in the forum

i remember when i was in the phpbb There is Mod u just install it .. and get the code.. .. and put it . but know when i became to vb.. i dont no really mach about it .. if any one can tell me if there is already mod .. or how .. can i make this

I dont no if any one have see this Thread or not .. but iam asking agian .. if there is any mod.or hack . just to take the last 10 thread in the news or any forum i need and put it in the first page the index.
