Showing Statistics on an HTML page VB3.0.0

i've used the search function and i've checked out the Sticky's. But, i can't find anything about showing the forum statistics on the home page of my website, and i'd really like to do that. I'd like to show

in the DB, that's where you can find them.... SImply select the data.
