I managed to delete my hole board today, I took a backup yesterday, but I dont have the tables set up correctly. Does someone have the correct mysql tables for 3.0.1 ?

I'm about to cry.. as a few thousand new posts was made today :(

the basic tables are included in the default install... what to do is simple: install a default vBulletin, and use these tables to rebuild your backup...

Hmm ... if you reload the backup it should re-create all tables.

Hmm. that might just work. I have to create a new database, since I've already begun uploading parts of the functioning existing database. I miss only a few tables :-/ But hey.. thanks! I see a light in the tunnel now.

Mine didn't :-S , it backed up only portions :-/ I only made a dump of the content not the parameters :-/

That's bad luck :(

Di you have complete inserts in your sql file?
Then you would at least know all column names.

Well, thankfully i made a backup yesterday with the posts, users and and similiar, I only miss (as I see so far ) vb3_words, vb3_postindex . I'm taking nexialys advice now and install a new forum in a testing location to see the correct database table parameters. And see if there are other things missing.

Does anyone know how to rebuild the vb3_words archive btw? I dont have a backup of that or the postindex table :-/

ACP / Import & Maintenance / Update Counters / Rebuild Search Index

But this might take several hours, maybe even days depending on the size of your forum.

I can't read anything in your forum ... but this might be just because I don't speak norwegian ;)

I accidently truncated the user table of my board some month ago.
And the backup was a 'bit' older ... lost approx. 1000 user records :-(

Yikes! If that was me I wouldn't know what to do.. I REALLY feel with you! I experienced something familiar in the beginning. I had launced and paid a big marketing campaign. Fixed sponsors to the contest prizes and all. Then.. My ex-ISP had to update the mysql and accidently set my forum back 2 weeks! (300 members ) I have no idea how they managed to do that.. so I turned them in into the Customerclaims dept.(?, a Customer legal help thingy we have) (Forbrukerrådet hvis noen kan Norsk )

I only got back the money I had paid for the hosting.. FURIOUS is an understated word..
