Limiting Image Size

My forum is 800px wide and when a user posts a huge image, it really screws up the skin badly. Is there any existing forum hack that will limit the dimensions of images posted in the [img] tag? Not attatched images.

PS: Forums that use a fixed size IMHO suck.
