What this mod does, stops people from breaking the minimum characters limit.
Some people use blank spaces to meet the minimum character limit if it's set to a decent limit. This stops that.

hmm..in my pasts tests, when the form is submitted, the server side validation picks up on that and doesn't let them post and gives the error message.
