Chaing index.php to forum.php

I wanna change the forumhome page (index.php) to forum.php without error. I renamed it, and i set it to forum in the vbulletin options, but still, it messed up all the images and stuff on my forum

What images aren't working? I clicked the link you provided and the images work fine.. homepage links are all pointing to forum.php.
