ActivationEmail Template?

I know I am simply overlooking it, but I can't seem to find where to edit the activation email in VB3. I am a long time VB2 person, so having a bit of a learning curve here on the new template editors. The Activation email I use is a lot different than the standard VB3 one. Any help is appreciated :)

Phrases activateaccount and activateaccount_change (if user has changed eMail) in phrasegroups EMail Subject Text and EMail Body Text.
