non VB content on a VB page

Ive searched but cant seem to find any posts relating to having non VB content on a VB page.

IE.. insert my own custom content.. while also including the VB header and footer and all that stuff.

Or is it just making a php file and following the way all the other PHP files do it?

This one is by Erwin and is the best/easiest to use in my opinion. Try them/look at them both and see which one takes your fancy ;)
