hi,
in VB3
how do i allow my moderators to be able to change others title name ?
is there a hack or an option i can add to there modcp else then give them access by admincp ?

ok any one knows any hacks for vb3 that adds more options to mods ? i want to give my mod more power with out leting them access the admin cp
