We just got vbulletin not too long ago... Out site is completely "stock" right now... What are some good first hacks/modifications to do?

I dont see any diffrences then a stock vB.

You should start off with getting some good colors together, getting a good overall look. You can also fix the broken image on top. You have way too many forums for the volume of traffic you have right now.

I did mention that it is completely stock :) The image is working fine?

Your header image isn't working when I view it, either. Just a nasty ol' red x. ;)

this is weird... because i can see it fine... i'll have to look into it

The reason your site's logo isn't working is because you're trying to run an attachment for the logo.

<img src="attachment.php?attachmentid=1&stc=1" border="0" alt="Ownster - The Site that Owns You" /></a>

You need to upload the logo somewhere to your directories and direct the img tag to that location.

Please excuse my n00bness... but which file is the main page? By main page i mean the one that you see at http://www.ownster.com/forums

If i can find this file I know how to edit it properly...

You may want to edit the misc and statusicon folders a little more to fit your style(s).
