Page doesn't finish loading / 1 item remaining

I finished upgrading (for the most part) my forum from rc4 to 3.0.3 and everything went fairly smoothly I should say. I am however getting an error when using IE where the page doesnt finish loading and it says 1 item remaining. I am wondering how I can track that down?

I have an uncached tempalte but that wasn't an issue before... thats about all I can think of.

Java script, there are quite a few changes from RC4 to 3.0.3 make sure youve cleard your cache and revertd templates that you needed to

ah, that would probably be it then. I didn't finish the template edits.
