Uploaded attachments (photos) to a gallery.

How would I accomplish sending photos uploaded by users to some sort of gallery. Possibly with the ability for users to have personal galleries. I thought photopost might be good, but it is not integrated in such a way that photos uploaded by users are sent to a, or their, gallery.

By how I just mean tips to get me started.

Is anyone working on a solution for this? Im sure MANY would be interested.

I am unaware of any vbulletin solutions, but this gallery is one of the better ones on the net. You can set it to let people create their own galleries and such... though setup is a pain with it...
