cant access adminCP

When i try to log into my forums with my main account it says i do not have the permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

message, can anyone help me??? this is on my account ID 1.

it is actually doing this for my members as well.. nothing has been changed and i am the only person able to change anything??!
