Request for optional forum display.

I setup my forums originally so the forum display was like this...

http://www.uoforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=1123&stc=1

But today changed it to this...

http://www.uoforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=1127&stc=1

So the sub forums show on the main page

Some users prefer the older layout, but it's not an option users can choose from, it's an option in the admin panel.

Is there anyway to make this selectable in the control panel for each user?
