This is creat a cherectear (i am sorry i don"t know to write this word)
of merlin the microsoftagent
he gives a welcome to the board like this:

i was created him on Visual Basic & HTML to run it on a page.

options:
he can read the page.
you can to crazy him
you can to shut up him
you can to close him and more.


version:1.0
programmed by:FireBolt(me) and Altryne(my friend)

Just for future reference, hacks require PHP file modification or addition. Template mods are not hacks, and should not be posted here. :) Interesting add-on.

The Hack works just fine on my forum, I would just like it to start up upon logging in to the forum, maybe even be set up to begin for a particulat usergroup?

This thread is nearly two years old -- that's probably why the example doesn't work. ;)
