Perfect ignore unwanted users

My idea is the following:
Would it be possible to totally black out someone of the threads if the person is on your ignore list?
At hte moment there is always the possibility via: view the post of mr. xy ( xy is on your ignore list ).

Many of my users complained that they don't want to see anything of a member they ignore.

The most important thing would be the blacking out of the threads.

Deleting the content of template postbit_ignore should be the easiest way to do this.

Deleting the content of template postbit_ignore should be the easiest way to do this.
When I do this it still displays a larger "gap" between the posts where the "ignored" postbit usually would be.
