Moderators IP bans via modpanel

Can mods (+ smods) give IP bans via the modCP. I want this option. Is this standard or do I have to ask it on vbulletin.org?

Whoo, not via the MOD CP please.

I want the part of "banning options" seperated from the Vbulletin opions. Currently if I want to give my Smods IP banning right I have to give them the right to edit the Vbulletin options. I don't want that.

Is it possible to have a small section in the admin CP just for the IP and mail banning options? Of cource with the security that only the persons who have rights for admin panel can enter it.

It's perfectly possible to do this but it will require modifications to the source code. I'm sure if you post a request in the modifications request forums for vB3 someone will try and help you. I'll move this to general modification discussion as you have already purchased vBulletin :)
