Extra Space, not sure how to get rid of it

I can't figure out where the extra space under my navbar is coming from. I'll attach an image. The space I want to get rid of is under the blue bar, and above the pink (made pink so you can see where I mean). I have text I place in that area but, the space above the text is driving me nuts LOL!
