Scroll/Fade Affiliate block for vbindex

This is my first hack for vbulletin. So if i did something wrong please tell me.

Credit to AN-net for developing the first vbindex affiliate block hack.

Description:
This hack adds a affiliate block that displays the top 5 affiliate buttons.
It scrolls in a upwards motion along with a fading effect when you move your mouse over the scrolling button.

This requires the Affliliate addon hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62466) by AN-net.
