Just recently launched the Government Simulation, which, as the name implies, simulates the United States Government (although the focus is on the Senate?s operations). The community (link below) was developed by my company, Jorod (http://www.jorod.com).

Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated!

I think your design is perfect for your board. It is very clean and simple. In fact, something I would expect to see on an 'actual' government board. What is your site's modus operandi exactly? Is it an RPG of sorts? I don't understand in what capacity you are simulating the Government. Thanks for answering this simple question.

Yes, I guess it could be considered an RPG of sorts. Basically it’s invitation only and as people join they are new United States Senators from a respective state. As a Senator they may submit legislation, get on congressional committees, speak before the US Senate, etc. The other side of the game is that every 4 months there are general elections for President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Senate (who is sort of like the record keeper for the Senate). We also have a Supreme Court which can hear cases about the sim’s rules or even real life cases. It’s essentially a full-blown simulation of the real United States senate with members role-playing as elected Senators with a limited executive and judicial branch.

BTW, thanks for the compliments!
