my site has been hacked :(

today my portal has been hacked again .... i rename admin.php vbportal some day ago. i delete index.php now
fisrt time i thought it was brout forcing my Sql database but now i dont know?
he post in the index of my vbportal 3 c2 ... www.ashiyane.net
i dont know what is the probllem ?
it is imposible that it is from the server ,...
it thick some problem in configuring promissions on config.php
there is somthing about .htaccess file
how can config that ?
do you have any sugeestion for that ?
