Thread counter for Users

i know this hack is out, but its only for all the forums, i would like it for just some of the selected forums. Thanks in advanced.

i friend of mine, has a poetry website... and he has 5 forums that members post only poems in... he wants to count the threads created by members in those forums... in example if i did 600 threads in forum id, 5,2,4,6 and 4... under my name in the postbit, and on my profile, it would say i Poems Submitted: 600

Ok, well i know how to count all new threads made. i think youc ould throw in a condtional to account for this, but im not sure how you would get the totals specificly for eprvious threads.
