Has the "latest posts on nonvb page" hack been released?

Hi is there a hack for vb3 that'll show the X number of the latest posts on a non vb page? thanks

Can already be done with vBulletins external.php. Take a look in vBulletin manual, I'm sure its detailed in there :)
