-You need an easier link you your forumhome. It's not as easy at it should be to find a link on your portal. Put it in your navbar.
-Not a fan of the color scheme. Black, all alone, is boring. You need more color variety in my personal preferable opinion. Although this scheme may suit your site's concept.
-Seems like a waste of space on the forumhome for a sidebar that isn't very big at all.

I've done some tweaking to the look and got coppermine looking very familiar to the forum skin. Give me some feedback ;).

BTW- I fixed a lot of the broken links also! :D
