hello,

gives for the vbulletin been different spoke anyway. since I work with the German translation I wanted German couldn't install style either here so that one can one little handle the administration and the control center better to ask whether one.

I know it is an English-speaking forum but just have got used to my mother tongue:)

Ok, even though your post made almost no sense O.o'' i gather you want to choose which langauge the AdminCP is in, i believe that it should use whatever langauge you have selected in your UserCP. however i could be wrong :)

not quite. it isn't for me all about the admincp. I am around the the forum use!
there also is a different language choice at vbulletin-Germany.

it would therefore be terrific anyway of if one would the different spoke here install?

It has been disscussed before but I don't know if it will ever happen. Even if the forum offered other lang. choices the hacks are still mostly in english, so you would have to translate the english anyway.
