Community Information: Fantasy Wrestling community focused on those that particpate in the in-character sort of stuff. I just run the community, I am not active throughout the hobby. I've worked long and hard hours on the forum with plans to offer alternative color schemes for this layout. It's not 100% but you can look around by logging in and see the heavy modifications I have done to the forum. Send yourself a PM, check your PM's, make a test post in support, I don't know but don't spam please.

Hmm, I'm not just commenting because you commented on mine, but in my opinion, when I think of wrestling I think of darker, harder, meaner colors. It looks a bit soft for a wrestling site. The brown colors are like the colors of punk skateboarding shoes. It just doesn't fit to me. It is nice, just not really the mood for wrestling to me. But hey, thats just imo.

Both of the alternative styles that will be released in two weeks time will be alot darker. ONe is a mixture of dark blues and dark purples which is what we launched the forums on over 2 1/2 years ago. The other one will resemble the 2nd skin I did which was black/yellow/white/sky blue'ish. I understand that is what you think of but I was trying to go with something completely different. Although the community is made up of people that watch wrestling, it's main focus is just getting together and talking so I didn't have to choose a stereotypical set of colors to use, I choose to use something different but readable. :)

1) I'd perhaps play a bit more with the colors. If someone has bad eyes, he might have trouble with the contrast of your color choices. For instance, sometimes it is really difficult to identify input froms, where #EAE6DF is for my eyes too close to its surrounding background #F4F1EB.

2) The search templates http://forum.ewplanet.com/search.php don't seem to match the color choices of your remaining forum

3) Upgrade to vB 3.01! :)

1) In some area's I wanted things to blend in with each other. For instance, the login box... I didn't want input fields to have a border but look like they were rounded.

2) I haven't done the searcn intro template yet. Trying to reorganize those fields are difficult. :) Login to the test account and go to "new" thread, I really worked hard on those templates, I've yet to re-add the vBCode buttons though.

3) vB2 does the job for me, for now. I don't have a need for the robust vB3 software at this current time.

Good choice of colors and a clean layout. With a fitting header, it would be pretty killer.

I flipped the switch and put the header at the bottom, making it a footer which would normally be a header. I wanted more focus on the actual content then an image file so I choose to flip it upside down. :)

I changed the postbit quite alot this evening. I'm preparing to reinject my forums with signatures after a 2 year leave of absence. :)
