I am wondering if someone could make a hack that allowed any links that are pointing to my forum will open in the same window, and any links pointing to any other domain to open in a new window..
Please let me know if you need further details..
VB3.0.1
Thanks

Youll either need to edit the bbcode functions file OR just make a new tag that does the same.

adding a new bbcode via admincp will not work guaranteed this has been brought up on vbulletin.com forums already

Just go through includes/functions_bbcodeparse.php and remove all instances off target="_blank" and target=\"_blank\" and do the same for all the templates and Javascript files.

I am not sure that would work though.
I don't want every link to open in the same window.. just the links pointing to somewhere on my domain. Every other link pointing to somewhere outside my domain should open a new window..
My idea is that users on my forum, going to a link on my forum don't need another window.. they already are on my forum.. but if they see a link to somewhere outside my domain.. i don't want them to leave my site.. so in that case a new window will work best..
I hope this helps..
Thanks
