Please help VB3 newbie!

Hi everyone

Please can someone help me out i'm pulling my hair out. I have installed vb3 and I was hoping to install a new template or modify the standard one to include my logo etc but I can't figure out how! I know how to make a new template but I cnnot see how to even change the standard vb3 logo, i was using phpBB where this was dead easy to do but I think i'm missing something here! is there a detailed tutorial on making minor adjustments to templates? in vb3 it's called a title image, just goto

Style Manager -> All Style Options

then scroll down to you see title image, it's the top option in image paths
