Currently I have the prevent shouting turned on for posts and threads, which I want it to be that way. See my website is about "nascar" and it is spelled in all caps. And I would like to see it bypass the prevent shouting feature. So could someone either tell what I need to edit to make this happen.

I haven't tested this, but I would just assume if you make a replacement for "nascar"->"NASCAR", that should work.
