VB3 is giving me a hard time ..

I have installed vb3 and facing the following problem

first i cant mass email from the admincp and i dont know why .. although I have changed the email thingy to stmp ..

the other problem that i am facing is with the "WYSIWYG" .. its not working and i do not know why ..

the last problem that i am facing is with the passwords .. the people who have a password with any other language else than english can not log on anymore ..

can someone help me with that ..
