Updated my site with vB3

No hacks, all template changes, including the revised turtle dollars and other systems previously implemented through hacks. It took a few months to do and is fully accessible and XHTML-compliant.

It's a subscription in the user CP, although nowhere near all of the WDFplus services have been restored yet.
