Ban List hack?

Can someone make a banlist hack that users nicknames who are banned, will be inserted into a list with the following criterions:
Name Of Banned | Date of Banned/Perminant?/Temporarly? | Who Banned | Reason for ban.

This has already been done at http://www.502streetscene.net/forum/banned.pl however i dont know if they are releasing it.
