I've put the "Number of characters before wrapping" setting on my forum to 80 to stop stupidly long words from breaking the layout of my pages.
However that's adding a <BR> tag to long URLs, which is obviously stopping them from working.
The link text gets abrvtd (;)) correctly with the three dots...
http://www. reaalllllllllllllllllll...ggggwebsite.com
but the actual HREF gets a "<br /%3" stuck in the middle of it
http://www. reaalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy<br /%3Eylllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnn nnnnnnnnnggggwebsite.com
any ideas on how to fix this?
cheers :)
