If I have posted this thread in the wrong forum, Plece move the thread :)
I need a picture gallery that works. And I need a gallery that use my vb templates. I dont have the money to buy photopost. I tryed coppermine but it didn't work ( the gallery worked but not the Integration ) I looked at 4imagegallery but where do you download it ? and is it fully integrated?
Need some help here :ermm:

I don't think there are any galleries that support vB templates, yet. I've more or less hacked up Coppermine to suit my needs. It took days (and alot of Jolt!) for me to get Coppermine using vB templates. The integration is *very* messy right now. If I ever clean it up, I might release it.
I think a few people are working on vB Galleries, though.. that may be your best bet.

The next release of PhotoPost (under development and being tested above) integrates with vB3 styles.

Here's my (almost) completed fully integrated vBulletin gallery hack. It is fully templated and uses the existing forum system and thumbnailing functions. I've documented it, just need to write the user gallery script, beta test it for a week or two, and it'll be ready for release over here. Will be working on feeds for a number of vBulletin portal software systems next. I will also be writing an oekaki add-on, allowing users to draw pictures using java apps. :)
I have designed it so that it's fully customisable and expandable, you can plant thumbnail summaries around your forum structure (Latest Images in this example) that pull attachments from a specified list of galleries, and also create subgalleries.
The advantage of this system is that it uses all the functions of the forum system, allowing you to easily specify permissions, etc.

I'm hoping to being BETA before the weekend. We have it running on a half dozen sites with good results so far:

Chuck also has a few as well.

The beta's going well. I've added some more options (random thumbnail summaries, and some more admincp integration), also managed to find a couple of bugs. There hasn't been another bug report for about 4 days now so I'm hoping that I'll be able to release it here very soon. :D
this looks very impressive!

just tested out 4.8b1 on my test board and it works well, would ideally like to see a mod for it to use all vbcode (including custom codes) and also just a few tweaks on the front end but bar that it works well

I'm looking into using vB Smilies and vB markup codes.

Depends on how much you modified the code - otherwise not much. The links from vB to PP shouldn't change - nor will the mods which you installed on your vB side. The PP code and templates get an uplift to integrate with the vB styles, which is a huge benefit.
