Can some make me a hack that auto-installs the files, code edits, etc?
This can REALY save me time on installing mods. ( Other than the fact I'm lazy :P ).

Almost impossible to be really honest, we had somthing like it for vB2 and it was hit and miss on every system, plus with each hack you install the file / templates change so the best way to do it is manualy install it just like everyone else

I'm just wondering, but why does IPB and phpBB have it? Why can they do it, but the worlds best forum solution ( vBulletin ) can't? :(

like i said, we USED to have it, it was called vBhacker for vB2, and it wasnt the most reliable system. plus can you show me an example of this?
doing file edits your self is the safest way to make sure someone isnt trying to do somthing bad, what if a user added a sql command to empty your user table, but only once the admincp was accessed. Would you really want a program doing that?
Its not at all hard to hack vBulletin files. Trust me, i write hacks :)
You would also need to CHMOD every file in vBulletin to 777 with poses a secutiry threat .
