Limited axx or....

I just clicked the top link of the latest hack list on the home page:

And got a no permission message.
BarBeQue, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What caused this? Are there some higher level forums that not everybody has axx too, or could it be a thread / hack that got removed cause it violated some term?
In the latter case, shouldn't i get a "this thread doesn't excist" message, instead of no permission?

It was a place holder for a template mod that didn't exisit in the thread and even if it did would should be posted at vBulletinTemplates so it was deleted, not sure why it still links on the portal page through, one of the admins will need to take a look at it :)

The latest hack's list is cached, so that the portal page doesn't need any extra queries.

I'll change a bit of the code, so the cache will be updated after a deleteion / movement of a hack as well.
