Attachment from one forum randomly shown on page

:) We could really use this hack so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. What I'm looking for is a way to randomly pull an attachment just from a selected forum and display it in a table on a page weekly. (We would use it for a "Pet of the Week" rotation")

Thanks to anyone who would want to attempt it if it's possible! :)
