Upgrading vB3 RC4 -> vB3 GOLD

I was hoping someone could tell me how I could go about upgrading from vB3 Release Candidate 4 to vB3 Gold WITHOUT losing the modifications made to all of my files.

Download Araxis Merge or a similar program that can compare two files and show you the changes. There should be a good tutorial by TECK in the hints and tips forum on doing this.
