HTML or BB CODE in Profile Fields?

Hey Guys, is there a way i can have ADMINS put html code into certain profile fields for users? I can't seem to get it to use it.. it always prints the html out but doesnt properly format it.

Any thoughts?

I have bbcode enabled for the profile fields when you view them but not html. Too risky. ;)
