Question About Modifying My Forum Template in V3

Im trying to modify my forum display in V3 where it shows the last post made in a forum area.

I just want to make the Forum Topic area smaller and give more room to the area where it shows the last post.

I cant find which setting changes that.

Wanting to get mine more centered like they are here like so:

It was editable wit the V3 Cantidate versions, but not with the final V3 version.

I changed it once and had it centered. Now I cant find the setting again now tha Im using the latest v3. I had it changed in release cantidate4, but reset it after I was doing some other mods, then upgraded to the latest v3 and now cant find the setting to change it.

Im not a member there, t Ill see if I can get over there and post the question.

Was hoping it was something simple that someone here could answer.
