How do i create a drop down menu in the navbar? (vB3)

Basically that ^. I want a drop down menu in my navbar, so, i dont have to have about 5 links to hacks all in my nav, its cluttering it up. The title will be hacks, like the Quick links. I tried analyzing the code for Quick links, but it didnt really work out.

Thank you, I've been trying to do this mod myself and thus have been royally screwing up!

The mod listed a vBtemplates worked great!
