Can anyone here give me some tips to convert database from vb 2.2.6 to vb 3.0.0 gold?

First you need to upgrade your vB2 forums to at least 2.3.0 (I think) and then run the database conflict script and test script and then follow the instruction on vB.com on running the upgrade.

i believe the minimum requirement is actually 2.2.9, rather than 2.3.0.
