Pay to become a member (Paypal)

Hello, I am looking for a script that makes you pay to become a member (registered) and uses Paypal since that is the easiest and most used.

Anything like this would do but here are some ideas:

Allow them to pick a username and then they have paid it will send an email with the password.

When they pay it makes their email their username and emails them the password once the payment is received.

Why not just use the subscriptions in vB? Set the permissions so new members can't do anything and once they have subscribed it changes there usergroup and they have access to the forums etc.

Because then too many accounts are created that just sit there and the people never pay. Beleive me I have tried it.

Then prune old accounts via a cron script :)
